Do You Want to Build a Snowman

How to Make a Snowman Out of a Log
Here are a few easy steps to make a quick Christmas craft. First things first, you will need a log. You can find one in your yard. Or you can buy log slices online. You then don’t need to go to the trouble of getting the log cut. If you don’t have a pre-cut log, start at step number one.
Step Number One
I got a professional to cut my log so I didn’t loose any figures. I went to the Euro Canadian Construction job site and I got my brother and Project Manger Jeffery Gunson to cut the log for me. If you are going to cut the log yourself make sure you have the proper safety gear on! Once your ready, cut your log into three circles.
Step Number Two
Once you have your three perfect circles make sure you take the thicker piece and cut a bit off the bottom. So your snowman won’t roll over and he or she will be able to stand up.
Step Three
Once you have three circles hot glue your snowman together. Once the snowman is glued together let it sit for a while until the glue is dry.
To add some personality to your snowman find a piece on your log that might work for a hat. My log had a pointy jagged part that I had sliced off the end of the log. I then used this piece as toque for my snowman and my brother spray painted it. We used rose gold spray paint, but you can use any colour you want. It’s your snowman decided what type of personalty he or she will have.
Step Four
Now it’s time to add some arms to your snowman.  First you will have to find  two twigs on a tree that resemble a snowman’s twig like arms.
Step Five
Your snowman has a body arms and a toque, but now he or she needs a face. Get some black and orange paint form the dollar store like I did. I also got my brushes from there as well. Take you black paint and medium sized brush and paint two black circles on the snowman’s face. Try to make the eyes resemble two piece of coal. Do the same shapes on the middle circle of the snowman. These circles will resemble coal buttons. You just have to decided how many to put on. It just depends how big your snowman’s body is and how many buttons the circle can fit.
Step Six
Now it’s time to paint the snowman’s iconic carrot nose. Take your orange paint and a small paint brush. Make a skinny triangle underneath the two eyes.
After all you have done all these steps you will have yourself a cute little snowman.
